In all areas of Soul 101, especially in end-of-life support, your beliefs, values, and lived experience are honored with care and respect. None of us walk, have walked or will walk the same path, which makes our individual experiences priceless. This truth is what allows creation to expand. EVERY experience is valid! But, to have validation, one must have understanding and that is the sincerest hope from which Soul 101 was born; that you find understanding here. Understanding of yourself. Understanding of others and understanding of the world around you.
Is Soul 101 Religious?
Soul 101 is not a religion, and its teachings are not based in religious doctrine.
What I share through Soul 101 comes from my lived experiences, personal healing, spiritual exploration, study, and the understandings I have gathered by walking my own human path. While some of these teachings may echo ideas found in different spiritual or religious traditions, Soul 101 is not built from any one belief system.
I was raised within Christianity and have a strong familiarity with its teachings. Because religion can be a sensitive, personal, and sometimes complicated subject, I created a deeper reflection for those who want to understand where my teachings intersect with and differ from traditional Christian or religious frameworks: [Where Soul 101 Stands on Religion-COMING SOON!].

What is a Soul?
Your Soul is who you are beneath the noise.
It is the quiet, steady “you” that exists beneath the fear, the conditioning, and the expectations of the world. It’s your consciousness, your intuition, your essence- the part of you that doesn’t disappear when life gets loud. Awakening begins when you remember: You are a soul first and foremost! You are not your body, your thoughts, your past, or your pain- you are the awareness beneath them.
What is Awakening?
Awakening is the moment you begin to see life and yourself with new clarity. It’s a shift from living on autopilot to becoming aware of your thoughts, feelings, and deeper truth.
Awakening isn’t about becoming someone different; it’s about remembering who you really are beneath the noise, the roles, and the expectations. It’s a gentle inner nudge that says, “There’s more than this… and there’s more to me.”
From that moment on, life feels less like something that happens to you and more like something you’re consciously participating in.
