It’s almost here!

Mandy's Treehouse is your ladder to the canopy of life.  It will give you the resources you need to rise above trauma, programming and the human condition, allowing you to claim the life of genuine joy that has always been there for the taking. Your first step is making the choice to be happy. The second step is doing the work.  Action is the language of physical reality; if you don't put the work in, it doesn't work! I want you to remember that there is no magic pill or quick fix. You have to stick with it. Many of us are undoing decades of trauma and programming. That doesn't typically fall away overnight, although for some it can be that simple. But I want to set the expectation that your results will reflect the work put in. 

What do you get when you join?

Tree of Life Blog- This blog will take you from the roots to the canopy of life, acting as an alternative to individual private coaching sessions. I have all the compassion in the world for the fact that not everyone is going to feel comfortable sitting down for a private life coaching session and it's totally ok. I don't need you to sit down and tell me your life's story in order to help you. I created Mandy's Treehouse as a way for you to receive life coaching on your terms and at your pace. ❤️ This is structured almost like a course with a new "lesson" or topic every week (posted on Monday mornings). There will be an accompanying video that goes with each blog post. You can find the corresponding video under the Vlog section of Mandy's Treehouse. In the video I will give a recap of the weekly blog and also give you some tips and reflections to try out for the week. Then we will meet on Zoom every Sunday at 2pm PST where we can all come together and share our thoughts from the week, and you can ask any questions you may have. More info on that below :-)

*Weekly Online Group Q&A Meet Up (Via Zoom). I will hold a zoom meeting every Sunday at 2pm PST where you can connect with myself and other members as we climb to the canopy together. You can share your stories of growth and/or get answers to any questions you may have.  You will get an email when you sign up that will have the meeting info and a link to join. Don't worry if you can't be there for the meeting, they will be recorded, and a link will be sent to your email with the replay. You will forever and always have access to any of those recorded meetings. If you can't be there for the meeting but have a question or reflection to share, please send it to me before the meeting and I will make sure it gets read during the meeting so you can still participate. ❤️
